Women's Ministry
Annual “Tools in the Master’s Hands” Ladies Brunch - Each year we enjoy a delicious meal as well as a fresh Word from God through our guest speaker. The brunch is also our way of honoring our “first ladies” (women on our staff and staff wives). Secret Sister Ministry with an annual Reveal Party“Bad Girl” Retreats: We hold these two-hour retreats throughout the year, planning each element of the night around a “bad girl” of the Bible, including the meal, time of pampering, a dramatic presentation of the bad girl’s story, a time of application, prayer, and worship. Mission ProjectsExercise Classes: Our Sis”T”ers in Sweats” meet twice a week for devotion, prayer, fellowship and exercise. Classes are free of charge. Monthly Newsletter: “The Treasure Chest” serves as a way for our Ministry Team to “spur…on” the ladies of the church “toward love and good deeds”, as noted in Hebrews 10:24. It keeps ladies posted concerning upcoming events and discipleship opportunities, features an FBC Mystery Woman of the Month as well as a Mystery Woman of the Bible, women’s health information, a Recipe Box, and much more.We are currently seeking God’s guidance in beginning a Mentoring Ministry and a Women’s Prison/Jail Ministry.
