Student Ministries
The student ministry at First Baptist Church, more commonly known as
M-PACT Ministries, is just that. We strive to make an M-PACT on everyone we
come in contact with. Our purpose for existing as a student ministry is
motivated by the statement, “Students making an M-PACT on the church of
tomorrow.”
This is done in several different areas.
The first area is worship. Each Wednesday night in the “Fall-Out,” we have a
high energy worship service with praise and worship, and occasional skits
and special music. Then, all of that is topped off with a relevant message
from the truth, God’s Word that Motivates students, Mobilizes them for battle, encourages them to
undergo Metamorphosis, and challenges them to Move where God wants them to
be.

Also, Meeting (fellowship) is a big part of our student ministry. Every first
Wednesday of the month we have a birthday bash. In addition, we occasionally have
cushion conferences where adults open their homes to host a group of
students after church on Sunday nights.
Another part of M-PACT ministries is Missions. Whether it is local or
abroad, we believe that “going and making disciples of all nations,” is
vital to our lives as Christians.
