Position Title: Preschool Ministry Director/Directors
Supervised by: Associate Pastor
Principle Function:
The Preschool Director/Directors, as a paid position, under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, and the supervision of the Associate Pastor, is responsible for developing, coordinating, and administering a ministry program for preschool children, ages 3-6.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct Little Chapel service for Preschool children ages 3-6.
- Work with Preschool Ministry Committee in order to plan, coordinate, and conduct all aspects of the Preschool Ministry
- Help coordinate and work in the Fall Festival event on October 31st, and other preschool children’s events periodically during the year.
- Coordinate the Preschool Ministry program with the church calendar.
- Attend church staff meetings.
- Provide an annual budget request to the Stewardship Committee.
- Keep informed on methods, materials, principles, procedures, promotion, and administration which may be utilized in personal and professional development.
- Cooperate with the pastor and staff to maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and spirit within all phases of the church ministry.
