Missions

First Baptist is involved in many areas of missions activities. In addition to those noted in other areas of ministry on this website, we are currently involved in two major missions emphases.

EVANGELISTIC BLOCK PARTIES – using music, drama and puppets to present the Gospel.

KENTUCKY PARTNERSHIP – a long-term partnership with FBC Louisa and Unity Baptist Church in Blaine to reach the lost and meet the needs of people in those areas. This year, we held Vacation Bible School at Blaine Elementary and Evangelistic Block Parties in four locations, where 35 decisions were made. Our men also helped to construct a fellowship hall at Unity, which will be dedicated to God on October 2.
