"We hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!" Acts 2:11

Hope Martin, IMB missionary to the Deaf of Argentina, asks you to pray for her as she begins to attend a Córdoba sign language class. Each Saturday morning she will have 4 hours of instruction and conversation. Pray for Hope as she seeks to build friendships with the Deaf and make bridges into the Deaf community to be a witness for Christ.

Soccer Clinics
We ask you to Pray for the soccer camps we will be conducting next week. Coming to work with us are some volunteers from Mississippi, as well as some of our Ukrainian partners, in a city of about 25,000 called Volnogorsk. We will be using soccer (known as football everywhere except the USA) as a bridge to speak into the lives of many young people next week in two camps, one in the mornings and a second in the afternoons.
Pray for the American team, for their safety in travel. I go to meet them in Kiev on Saturday.
Pray for the weather, we are having 90's temps here, too, forecast to hit 100 on several days. Not much AC here.
Pray for those who come to the camps, and for their families, that God will use this as a bridge to speak His truth into their lives.

Medical Clinics
We asked you last time to pray for the 11 medical clinics that our group (primarily from Mississippi, and a few from GA and AL) came and worked with us to do.  This was the tenth year in a row this team has come to minister medically and share the gospel through that avenue.  What a great group they are!  They have partnered in so many ways to share the gospel during these ten years.  We love 'em

During the clinics we had 2,480 appointments for general medicine and optometry.  These represented about 1,500 different individuals who came to the clinics.
Our Ukrainian partners were in the clinics, working with us, doing the biggest part of the evangelism, sharing the gospel with those who came (photos below).  During the week there were 400+ people who prayed to receive Christ.

Please pray for those in the churches in their efforts to make further contact and follow up with those who indicated a commitment to Christ.
